I will never trust ordering from this company again. Their customer service takes days to respond and they want me to pay for return shipping to a foreign country to return a defective purse, plus they will not refund original shipping costs. Therefore it’s cheaper to keep a defective purse that I’ll never use. Trust me their products are not worth the hassle and quality is lacking. Shame on FABLOU!!!
