By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to Returns Policy at the bottom of this page for further information.
Fablou Limited retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

All major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna payments. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please note once order has been placed we won't be able cancel it or to make any amends to your order, including change of delivery address. We kindly ask you to make sure that delivery address is correct as we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses and subsequent delivery problems. All orders apart from the European are dispatched from London, UK. European orders are fulfilled by EU facility.

DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS

Discount codes are only valid for full price products unless stated otherwise.
They can not be combined with any other offers, discounts and seasonal sales.

WARRANTY

All FABLOU products are covered by 24 month warranty. Any product with a manufacturing issue will be repaired or replaced within this period. Warranty DOES NOT cover any mechanical damage that might be a result of improper use like punctures, tears, scratches. Only the person who bought the item can make a claim. Claim can not be made without a purchase receipt. Complimentary products are not covered by the warranty.

CONTRACT

By placing an order you enter a legal contract. When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. FABLOU reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. 

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

REFUSED RETURNS

Customer needs to provide prepaid shipping label for a product that has been refused a refund. If customer fails to do so we will store the refused return for 90 calendar days after this period expired product will be donated to charity.

By using this Website, you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
